• One Payment - Order online and pay for the higher priced Custom Wig. To order your second wig please contact us by email with details about your second order.
• Two Payments - Contact us with your order details and pay half of the full price for the higher priced Custom Wig at the time of the order. Pay the balance due within 2 months (before we ship your order).
• If we have a similar wig In-Stock, you may request that instead of waiting for the custom wigs to be made. However you must still pay the Real Custom Wig price (NOT the Wig Sale price) to qualify for the Buy One Get One offer. We cannot ship any part of your order until the full payment has been received.

• The 2nd wig is free. However professional services that are added after the wigs are made (such as cutting, styling and coloring) must be charged for each wig.

• All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• All custom wigs ordered in this offer will take at least 10 weeks to be custom-made and shipped.

Custom wig orders may be canceled without penalty by contacting us within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. After that time you will be responsible for fees and any costs incurred.  Since each custom wig is made for a specific customer with the details they requested, Custom Wigs may not be returned, however we will do our best to meet your expectations within the terms of our policies. Please review our Conditions of Use policies regarding Order Cancellations and Custom Orders. AURA Wigs does warranty all AURA Custom and stock wigs for manufacturer defects for the first 6 months.
